Based solely on ratio, Resourceful seems to be the easiest -

This would actually be easiest and fastest. Can be done in creative mode (the only achievement that unlocks in creative) as soon as you spawn into the game. :)
I started new game in Cloud version and just picked up a few things for a few mins. Then killed an Ant and a Beetle. That were one item too many to unlock "Resourceful" achievement.
i believe any new item found counts as analyzed for the chieve, it unlocked when is was picking up items instead of the analizer machine in the tent.
